Circuit training is a form of high-intensity training that targets strength building or muscular endurance. A circuit done is when you have completed every exercise once, and is then repeated a set number of times.
HIITS is a form of circuit training, consisting of short bursts of exercise done at 100% intensity followed by short rest periods.
Bodyweight exercises, eg. press ups, sit-ups, burpees, squats, leg raises are performed, usually in pairs so that you can encourage each other (our Buddy system ensures nobody is left on their own).
