We understand that everybody has their own individual goals from losing weight and gaining muscle, to completing a set distance (whether it be 1 mile or a marathon) or preparation for a competition. All clients on monthly memberships are offered a free weekly body analysis using our special Tanita Body Composition Analysis scales.
As well as over 20 years experience in coaching a variety of sports and fitness activities, Buddies Fitness Owner / Lead Instructor, Lisa Jackson also has a great deal experience of achieving success herself. From losing over 5 stone in weight, to completing 7 London marathons (raising over £11,000 for charity), to competing for Great Britain in Tae Kwon-do and in 2018 winning the World Championship, she knows what it takes to fulfill an ambition, so is extremely well equipped to support you in achieving yours.
